THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) GOVERN AN INDIVIDUAL (“YOU” OR “YOUR”) SUBMISSION REQUEST FOR A FREE SAMPLE OF THE OSI QUAD WINDOW AND DOOR SYSTEM. PLEASE COMPLETE THE REQUIRED INFORMATION BELOW TO REQUEST A FREE SAMPLE FROM HENKEL CORPORATION (“HENKEL”). SUBMISSION OF YOUR REQUEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE A FREE SAMPLE.

To qualify for a free sample, your request must accurately identify your company and contact information.
No free sample requests will be qualified for intended DIY or personal use.
A Henkel representative will reach out to you to better understand your business and type of installations. They will assess in Henkel’s sole and absolute discretion if you qualify to receive a free sample pack.
Only one free sample pack will be shipped per qualified request within 10 [business] days from the request submission, barring holidays and weather disruptions.
Additional free sample request submissions will not be considered.
Free samples will only be shipped to U.S. residents at verified physical U.S. addresses, not P.O. boxes.
